MAC and CSA investing in the future workforce

Ryan Conversi, Manager of Maintenance Administration recently was invited to do a presentation at North Dickinson County School by Rick Faust, the husband of CSA Air’s Operations Manager, Candie Faust. Ryan had the opportunity to speak to the students about the many employment opportunities at both MAC and CSA, and the pathway for them to work towards their A&P license. By fostering this partnership, MAC and CSA are not only investing in the future workforce but also inspiring young minds to explore their passions and achieve their goals in aviation.

Inspiring the Next Generation!

Mountain Air Cargo’s recent visit to Lake Norman High School was a soaring success! Our team shared the exciting world of aviation and the endless possibilities it offers. Students got a firsthand look at the diverse careers within MAC and the broader aviation industry.

The visit concluded with an engaging Q&A session, providing insights not only for the students but also offering our team valuable perspectives on what resonates with the future aviation leaders.

Let’s sow the seeds of passion early and nurture the dreams that will take flight!
