MAC hosts FAA Management to discuss Integrated Oversight Philosophy along with Organizational Health

Mountain Air Cargo recently had the opportunity to host members of FAA Management at our headquarters location. This meeting involved reviewing changes in FAA rulemaking and philosophy, and other changes with aviation programs, regulatory guidance, and current industry protocols.

A key topic of discussion was the significance of the FAA’s Integrated Oversight Philosophy, emphasizing a proactive and collaborative approach using safety management principles to address risks. Additionally, discussions covered MAC’s Organizational Health and its measurement and application.

The emphasis on proactive measures and collaboration highlighted the shared goal of ensuring the highest level of safety and operational efficiency within the organization. This was an important chance for MAC to demonstrate our dedication to continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory standards, while also ensuring transparency and alignment with the FAA in order to maintain a strong partnership moving forward.
