Director of Operations

Brian Lander, Director of Operations, joined Mountain Air Cargo in September of 2019. Brian administrates the operational control over Flight Operations and oversees each of the pilot training programs. His guidance allows flight operations to run smoothly and help achieve Mountain Air Cargo’s mission. Since joining Mountain Air Cargo, Brian has continually shown his expertise in airline operations by implementing solutions, directing, delegating, and completing long-term projects such as the SIC Pilot Development Program and certification of the new Cessna 408.

During his 26 years in the Industry, Brian has held various positions including Captain, Ground/Simulator Instructor, Check Airman and Chief Pilot for Comair Airlines; Chief Pilot, Director of Training, Director of Operations and Vice President of Flight Operations for Ameriflight; and Vice President of Flight Operations and Director of Operations for Silver Airways. He holds an ATP certificate with Type Ratings in the SA-227, EMB-120, CL-65, CE-408 and is an Initial Cadre Check Airman for the CE-408 SkyCourier.
