Mountain Air Cargo’s CFR 145 Repair Station is located at Kinston Regional Jetport in eastern North Carolina. MAC currently provides both line and heavy maintenance support for the following aircraft:

  • ATR 42/72
  • Cessna C208
  • ERJ-135/140/145
  • Boeing 737 Classics

MAC is a full-service MRO facility providing our customers with the highest quality service and on-time delivery, while keeping costs in balance. Our full complement of tooling, test equipment, back shops and technical data allows the MAC technical team to be responsive to our client’s needs. Several Key Factors include:

LONG TERM STABILITY: MAC has maintained its maintenance facility in Kinston, North Carolina for over 20 years under the same corporate governance. Many of our mechanics, support personnel and management staff have tenured with the company for the same period.

EXPERIENCE: MAC has a long history of heavy maintenance with several different platform aircraft. Our in-house training department ensures our mechanics and support staff are kept current on industry standards, offering the highest level of expertise, quality and safety.

GROWTH: Over the last decade MAC has increased staffing levels by 20% with future growth projected. MAC has increased its industry footprint by expanding its component shop, opening new repair lines, contracted engineering support as well as other infrastructure areas to support the growth.

SERVICES: MAC has a broad portfolio of offerings across its other affiliates. In addition to performing heavy maintenance, MAC also performs avionics modifications, component repairs, inventory management, aircraft demolition/storage, and parts consignments.

LOCATION: MAC’s 56,000 square foot CFR 145 facility is in Kinston, North Carolina. The benefits of this location offer minimal cost for aircraft relocation, a large 11,500-foot runway, and several acres for aircraft storage and demolition allowing for inventory logistics with strategic cannibalization opportunities. MAC has over 5,000 square foot of secured consignment inventory space available, as needed.

Liaise and resolve ongoing issues with the MRO in conjunction with owner / operator

Provide the owner / operator with regular feedback on the aircraft’s progress
